Receiving the Paul Gallagher Award is a meaningful recognition of the work I’ve done beyond my program’s curriculum.
Getting involved in the Dawson community through volunteering taught me that while individual achievements matter, it’s through community that we find purpose, connection, and the ability to do so much more.
This award reminds me that good design, and good leadership, are rooted in empathy, service, and collaboration. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to a community that has encouraged and supported my academic growth and my desire to give back.
