Receiving the Lieutenant Governor’s Youth Medal has been incredibly humbling; it was a magnificent experience that still feels so surreal. I am immensely grateful to all of my mentors and loved ones who advocated for my nomination and supported me throughout my time at Dawson. I am ferociously fortunate for these opportunities and will continue to work towards a better future for those who need it most.
