I have always wanted to be that person you could rely on. The person you could reach out to express any concerns. This award proved to me that I accomplished what I wanted to do here at Dawson, leaving my mark by improving student life. Maintaining academic success while embarking on volunteering activities was not easy, but I never put my head down and kept going forward. I hope that many after me decide to embark on this wonderful journey. I have always had a deep appreciation for anyone who commits to helping student life.
