Winning the A. Ross Seaman Memorial Scholarship is a deeply meaningful recognition of the work I鈥檝e done to lead with empathy, purpose, and positivity. As the youngest director at a sleep-away camp, and a committed leader within Dawson鈥檚 CRLT program, this award reaffirms my belief that age doesn鈥檛 define impact, dedication does. It reminds me that creating spaces where people feel valued and seen truly matters. This scholarship inspires me to keep growing as a leader who uplifts others and brings lasting impact through service, connection, and joy.
