My journey as a student-athlete at Dawson was filled with several challenges, as I balanced a demanding schedule of exams and assignments alongside intense practices and competitive games. Receiving this award is a meaningful recognition of the hard work I have put in both on and off the court. This has shown me that hard work and dedication truly do pay off. I strive to carry this lesson with me throughout my life.
